How referrals work
Invite someone once. Their original referral stays connected to you.
BeauticiansHub records who introduced a new member when that account is created. From there, the platform handles eligible referral earnings automatically. They create their account
Your code can be captured from the referral link or entered during registration. Once a valid referral is attached to the new account, that original referral connection is locked.
They build earnings
If the person you referred earns through professional services, Marketplace selling, Academy teaching or another eligible earning activity, those earnings remain theirs until they choose to withdraw.
You earn when they withdraw
When that member completes an eligible payout, a separate 1% referral fee is credited to your BeauticiansHub referral earnings. Failed payouts do not create a completed referral earning.
A simple example
If someone you referred withdraws $10,000, you earn $100.
The calculation follows the amount actually withdrawn, not a headline sales total. If they withdraw $2,000 first, the 1% referral earning is $20. If they later withdraw another $3,000, another $30 is added.

Good to know
Referral earnings are separate from other BeauticiansHub fees.
The referral fee does not replace booking commission, Marketplace commission, Academy commission, payment processing charges, subscription fees or other applicable platform charges. It is a separate referral amount that applies only when the earning member originally joined through a valid referral.
- Your existing BeauticiansHub referral rewards remain available alongside payout-based referral earnings.
- Referral earnings are recorded through the platform's financial ledger so adjustments and reversals remain auditable.
- If a referred payout fails or is reversed, the related referral earning can be adjusted rather than leaving incorrect earnings behind.
- Joining BeauticiansHub does not guarantee earnings; referral earnings depend on eligible activity and completed payouts.
